I really like this phone (Gravity) even though T-Mobile will not honor their rebate on it. They did not honor my rebate on my last upgrade either. I followed all the rules exactly on both rebates. I know, I was dumb to trust T-Mobile. Anyway, there is one odd thing about the phone. The battery power indicator is like a bad gas gauge on a car. Their are 5 bars. The last bar will show the same amount of time as the first four put together. You never know how much battery power you have left.

Ive had nothing but problems with this phone network connection issues the volume for the ringtones and earpiece are very poor also usb problems recognizing phone as a modem signal bounces from evdo to 1x
