Samsung Electronics and Emporio Armani unveiled their high-fashion music phone Night Effect -model: M7500.

Samsung and Giorgio Armani have come together to develop the mobile device that provides both elegant design and cutting edge technology.

Featuring AMOLED display and blue LED light, this bar-type handset supports various music files such as MP3/AAC/AAC+/WMA, FM radio, Bluetooth  2.0 and more.

The Night Effect is expected to be available in Europe market from November. No words on pricing yet.

Sony Ericsson G705 Available at Q1 During 2009

While the G705 will originally be launched this year for Orange customers, Sony Ericsson’s new device will make its debut in the US sometime during Q1 2009.  The US version will support GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSUPA 850/1900/2100 along with Bluetooth A2DP.
Among an impressive feature-set, the 3G slider features a 2.4-inch display with automatic screen rotation with help from an accelerometer, WiFi, aGPS with Google Maps for Mobile, 1GB included M2 memory, built-in FM radio, RSS reader, and full HTML browser.  There’s also a 3.2 megapixel camera that will allow you to capture video and upload directly to YouTube under a new partnership with Google.

No US pricing or carrier availability has been announced just yet.

Condurro LM801 Toughphone is Available

The new Condurro Touchphone was launched yesterday.  The backlit display features readouts for direction, altitude, barometric pressure and temperature.  The compass, barometic pressure, and altitude functions of the product are assigned to a single button- designed for easy switching between data readings. The GSM phone can be deactivated to use the outdoor-based features independently of the GSM 900/1800 radio.  Some other key features include; being water and dust proof, a torch lighter, a laser pointer, MP3 player, FM radio, and Flash card extendability.

The Condurro LM801 toughphone is available now in the UK from just one retailer right now. More may follow if interest is high enough. It costs a thoroughly reasonable £149.99.
